Store activation
What the five-step activation application asks, how to save and come back, and what happens after you submit.
Before your store can take payments, Fungies reviews who is selling and what they sell. You give us that information once, in a five-step application you can leave and come back to at any point.
The five-step application is rolling out gradually. Until it reaches your workspace, Add business details opens the previous single-page form, which asks for the same essentials.
Where to find it
Open Settings → Store and click Add business details. If you have started already, the button reads Continue application and takes you back to the step you left.
The five steps
About you
Your business status — an individual, a sole trader / sole proprietor, or a registered legal entity — and the legal name and address that go with it. A registered business also gives its country of registration, registration number and formation date; a sole trader whose country issues neither can say so instead. You also tell us whether you are legally permitted to sell under that status. Answering No does not stop the application, but we will ask you about it.
Identity verification
Where it is offered, this step opens a session with Didit, our identity-verification partner, in a new tab. Didit keeps the documents you provide; we keep only the result. Verifying is not required to submit, and we may ask you to verify during the review.
Your offering
Your product category (and, for AI, what the product does), a description of what you sell and what customers receive — at least 100 characters — how customers pay, and who provides the products or services.
Selling activity
Whether you have sold this product before, your website or social media, and whether you have run a Fungies workspace before.
Review & confirm
Every answer, each section with an Edit button, and three statements you confirm before submitting.
Saving and coming back
Every Continue saves your progress, and Save and exit does the same before returning you to Store settings. Your draft is private — nobody at Fungies reads it until you submit.
After you submit
Store settings shows Activation under review. If we need more from you, you receive an e-mail and the button becomes Update and re-submit, which reopens the application with your answers filled in. Once approved, your store can start selling.
The country list is the set of countries we can pay out to. If yours is not on it, we cannot activate your store yet.
